Hanne Kvig (b. 1993) is a Norwegian architect based in Flatdal, Telemark. She studied architecture at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO) and at Tokyo City University in Japan, and graduated with a master’s degree in architecture in 2021.
In 2024 she established Studio Hanne Kvig. The studio works across scales, from objects and interiors to residential architecture and the transformation of existing buildings. Her work is rooted in an interest in materials, construction and detailing, and in how existing qualities can be adapted and given new use.
Alongside her architectural practice, Hanne works with glass, exploring the material through objects, lighting and spatial elements.
Hanne lives and works in Flatdal, where her farm and studio are located.
